While many of you are in the process of filling in your engagement survey (thank you to those who already have!), here’s a reminder of the great things we’ve done all of which contribute to making William Reed a great place to work"
 
In November, almost a year ago, we welcomed Tracy De Groose, who from day one showed a commitment  keeping us informed through regular town halls and providing us with open and honest communication.
 
Our teams have collaborated more than ever before, both at our events, in projects and in everyday work!
 
We were also excited to start bringing back our social events such as the WR Christmas Party
(bring on 2025 celebrations!)

With a host of industry award wins, we are clearly trailblazing innovation and skills which has helped create a real sense of pride among our colleagues and teams. We’ve loved celebrating their successes!

 
L&D continues to be an area we’re investing in, not least our huge Sales Excellence Programme, presentation training, core skills training such as time management, D&I training such as neurodiversity, LGBTQ+, Anti-Discrimination & Harassment, all the way up to launching our first ever manager programme which we are currently running a pilot for!
 
We have seen huge strides in our Sustainability efforts including an incredible Sustainability September!

We are still doing our bit for our communities and charities by raising money for good causes – we also proudly support out colleagues with fundraising and this year William Reed has match funded almost £10,000!

We have also welcomed over 100 new colleagues to the business since last October!

Of all the vacancies and opportunities we've offered, we're proud to see a continued rise in internal mobility. This year alone, we've supported career progression through over 50 internal moves, promotions and role changes - a clear sign that our people are growing with us.

We have kickstarted a big investment in reviewing and improving our reward and recognition offering with, more to come….

I hope this has provided some food for thought as you complete your engagement surveys – keep them coming!
